NUEN® ("we") is a trading name of UTA Architects Ltd and stands for “Nourishing Environments”. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy describes how we collect, use and share personal information of users of www.nuen.ai ("NUEN website"), chat.nuen.ai (“subdomain”) and quiz.nuen.ai (“subdomain”). When we refer to “NUEN websites” we are referring to all three sites. By visiting one or more of these websites you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this policy.

Information we collect:

With regard to each of your visits to our sites we will automatically collect the following information:

  • Technical information, including but not limited to the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.

  • Information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our sites (including date and time), page response times, download errors, length of visits, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs) and methods used to browse away from the page.

  • Analytics information collected by Google Analytics and Google Search Console, among other website traffic analysis and performance tools.

  • Personal information described below.

All the information is collected and stored anonymously, unless you have provided us with your name and email address, in which case the information will be stored in secure and encrypted databases.

Collection of Personal Information:

We collect personal information you provide when filling in forms on the NUEN websites or by corresponding with us by phone, email, writing, chat, via the use of AI or digital tools, or otherwise. The personal information we collect may include your name, email address, phone number, quiz/ assessment responses, AI chat entries and any other information you choose to provide. If you have purchased products that require shipping then the relevant addresses will be stored as well.

Your name, email address and postal address will be only be stored if you choose to provide them, otherwise any information you provide will remain anonymous.

You should not submit sensitive personal, business or project data through NUEN AI, quizzes, assessments, surveys or via forms on the NUEN websites.

Children’s Data:

NUEN is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.

Cookies:

Our websites use cookies to distinguish you from other users and to help us deliver services to you. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse the websites and use our digital tools; and also allows us to improve our sites. While we take appropriate precautions, no system is 100% secure.

Changes to this Policy:

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will provide notice of any material changes to this Policy by posting the new Policy on our websites and indicating the date of revision.
